What children learn at Maranatha
The government syllabus taught well and the Word of God taught daily, from Nursery to Grade 10.

A recognised curriculum
Pupils follow the government syllabus of the Punjab, so their learning is recognised and leads to the board examinations. Lessons cover mathematics and science, history and geography, and reading, writing, grammar, spelling and vocabulary.
A Christian view of the world is woven through every subject. Classes run from Nursery to Grade 10, so a child can begin early and be accompanied through the years in which values, character and faith take shape.
Faith in every school day
- Daily Bible classes that bring God's Word into learning
- Sunday School with stories, songs and activities
- Memory-verse challenges to learn and live Scripture
- Bible study groups for older pupils
- Christian leadership training for the church and community
- A part in the programmes of Good Samaritan Church
- Prayer and worship that fill the school with faith

Determined to learn
Resources are limited. In winter, classes have moved to the rooftop to catch the sunlight; in summer, pupils have studied through extreme heat without air conditioning. They keep coming, because they know that education is their path to a brighter future.
A prize-giving at the end of each year
The school year in Pakistan ends in March and a new one begins in April. At the close of the first full year, pupils were awarded for their grades, performance and attitude, and the teachers were honoured too.

Keep a child in the classroom
Every Maranatha school is 100% tuition-free. Your prayers and gifts keep the doors open for children from poor Christian families in Pakistan.
